Embarking on her professional journey in 2003 as an associate within the housekeeping domain at The Oberoi Udaivillas, Shilpa’s trajectory has been marked by steady progression and unwavering dedication. From her humble beginnings, she has ascended the ranks, assuming pivotal roles ranging from supervisor to assistant manager and deputy housekeeper. Notably, her tenure as a pre-opening champion with both Accor and Marriott International underscores her versatility and proficiency in navigating diverse operational landscapes.

In 2011, Shilpa’s journey led her to the Goa Marriott Resort and Spa, where her appointment as Executive Housekeeper marked a significant milestone.
