Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), South Asia’s largest hospitality company, on Friday announced the launch of Qmin, its first food delivery platform in the country’s most popular holiday destination – Goa.
Diners in the city can now indulge in culinary experiences in the comfort of their homes with signature dishes from the treasured restaurants of Vivanta Goa, Panaji.
“All it requires you to do is order food online and enjoy it at your home,” said Mr Vincent Ramos.
Mr Vincent Ramos, Area Director – IHCL, Goa and General Manager – Taj Resort & Convention Centre, Goa said, “Qmin in Goa will augment our F&B offerings to address the growing consumer demand for gourmet food delivery services in the state. Vivanta Goa, Panaji has always been the gastronomical hotspot of the city and we are delighted to extend our signature hospitality to the homes of our guests and patrons with safety and hygiene at the helm of it.”
This wouldn’t be a regular delivery service as Qmin would ensure a different and luxurious delivery experience which will be focusing more on maintaining stringent protocols of safety and hygiene.
The deliveries from Vivanta Goa will be entirely contactless. The delivery person would be travelling in a sanitised vehicle and at the same time would be mandatorily using protective gear.
Customers can order from not one, but both the restaurants of Vivanta Taj, i.e., the award-winning Latitude; the all-day diner and Tamari; the Pan Asian speciality restaurant.
From not only being the most loved restaurant but also serving the best dishes. They have a plethora of options when it comes to their dishes.
From comfort food to exquisite flavours, their menus have it all. One really needs to try their authentic Indian flavours, continental favourites, Goan delicacies, traditional Japanese sushi and delicious Thai preparations among the others.

Qmin as a food delivery service was started in June 2020. It started off from one city and today it has expanded its presence so much as it is present in 18 cities delivering favourites from over 70 IHCL restaurants from across 35 hotels.
