Today’s Lockdown Recipe is SALUTARE (HEALTHY IN ITALIAN) By Xenia Lam – F&B Manager, Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa, Goa

INGREDIENTS

  • Cucumber Juice 20 ml
  • Mint Leaves 8-12 nos
  • Ginger Juice 10 ml
  • Honey  15 ml
  • Lime Juice or Gooseberry Juice   30 ml
  • Soda or Ginger Ale  

METHOD

Mix all ingredients and top it up with ginger ale or soda.
