Rajesh’s distinguished career with the Marriott brand has seen him excel in pivotal leadership roles across India and the United Kingdom. Most recently, he served as the General Manager of the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel in the UK, where his strategic leadership and operational insight significantly contributed to the hotel’s success. His association with Marriott in India began with key roles in the pre-opening teams of both the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa and the Courtyard by Marriott Chennai, highlighting his deep-rooted connection to the brand.
His international career has spanned leadership positions across various departments. In the UK, Rajesh led Room Operations at the Bristol City Centre Marriott and Food & Beverage Operations at the Bristol Royal Marriott, before taking on senior roles at Cardiff Marriott and London Heathrow Marriott. He later led flagship properties in Edinburgh, Leicester, and the Forest of Arden, consistently demonstrating his business acumen and an in-depth understanding of market trends.
Rajesh’s return to India marks an exciting chapter for Goa Marriott Resort & Spa. His extensive experience and visionary approach promise to elevate the guest experience further.
