Originating from Lucknow, Balvinder’s passion for culinary artistry ignited in his formative years, significantly influenced by his mother, a guiding force in his gastronomic journey. After graduating from the Institute Of Hotel Management Catering Technology And Applied Nutrition – Meerut in 2008, he commenced his professional voyage at The Oberoi New Delhi.
Previously adorned with the role of Executive Chef at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre & Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad, Balvinder Lubana now assumes a pivotal position at the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa.
