Speaking on the initiative, Mr Vincent Ramos, Area Director – IHCL, Goa who is also a part of the Panaji Carnival organizing committee said, “IHCL, Goa has always been synonymous with the cultures and traditions of Goa. We are glad to be celebrating one of the most coveted festivals with our fellow Goenkars. In the spirit of festivity, Qmin – our food delivery platform will be participating in the culinary extravaganza.
